Praying for my Circle – My Neighbors
“And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:31; NKJ)
Jesus’ definition of a neighbor is broader than ours typically. But for a moment think about your actual neighbors and your neighborhood. Make a list of your neighbors. If you don’t know them, just write “neighbors in the green house with the Honda Prius.” Now, would you pray for your neighbors to come to know Christ by faith. Pray for opportunities to get to know, minister, and share the Gospel with your neighbors.
Bonus. Take it to the street. Go for a walk around your neighbor and pray for your neighbors as you do.
